"My dad and I had been working to finish my basement and after we framed the walls, ran the wires, insulated the place, and hung the sheet rock, we needed someone to finish the walls. A buddy of mine who helped hang sheet gave me Rick's number and said that Rick did some work at his house and did a great job.
Rick came out the same day I called, gave us some pointers on doing some other things we were stuck on, and then showed us how to fix some of the mistakes we made when hanging the sheet rock. We had a quote that night and after I looked around Rick had a good price, a good reputation, and his schedule worked well with my schedule.
Both Rick and Kevin were working in the basement for a little over a week to finish the drywall. They had to hang all the corner bead, mud and tape the entire basement, and fix my mistakes in the process. The work they have done to finish the drywall as well as fix all the mistakes my dad and I made has been amazing. We screwed up a few boxes and had some pretty big gaps to fix around those boxes, but Rick and Kevin made them look spectacular.
I've had a few houses now and done a lot of drywall work in each house. Rick and Kevin have been true professionals and their work is some of the best I've seen.
My wife had our 3rd baby a few days before Rick and Kevin were hired to finish the drywall. So I had a full house here with my parents in town to help and a ton of visitors all week.
Outside of their work the patience they had while my wife, my mom, my dad, and my 4 and 6 year old daughters checking in on "those guys working in the basement" was impressive. My mom is a talker and unbeknownst to me she was down in the basement taking Drywall 101 classes from Rick and Kevin. My dad would check in on them and probably ask the same questions repeatedly. My kids were down there daily checking in on the progress of their new playroom.
Finally, my wife was most impressed by how clean they kept the place and how they would plow our driveway each night on their way out. Anyone that has walked through that saw the mistakes we made on the sheet rock has been overly impressed with the finished look after Rick and Kevin worked their magic."

"I had an old room that had horrible drywall/mudding and I had scraped a "popcorn" ceiling off. He (Rick) came in and skim coated the walls and fixed the holes I put in the ceiling from scraping. I've drywalled before and mudded which is exactly why I hired him to do this job.... I stink at it and I know how hard it is to get a good finish ( I'm a pretty handy guy but knew I was over my head on this one). He was here when he said he would be and finished the job a couple days earlier than he quoted. There were holes in the drywall, seams that could be seen from when the room was built, and cracks through out the walls when he started. I couldn't be happier with the job he did considering the mess he had to start with. The room looks like it's brand new! Definitely happy with what he did and he exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!
